Features
Provides a real time view of all Stock Positions for clients who are defined as being custody clients including separation of Pending and Confirmed Holdings within segregated categories of custody client, firm’s principal and firm’s clearing. Positions are automatically adjusted for Stock Movements generated from various functional modules within the system such as Trade, Settlement, Custody, Corporate Action, Stock Lending and Margin Trading.
Provides a history of movements for subsequent enquiry by Instrument, client and firms; a summary of the global stock position by security; and real time list of Projected Stock Position by instrument and custodian for a user-defined period in the future.
NOVA provides Stock Transfer functions including Deposit, Withdrawal, Client Transfer, Custodian Transfer, Mass Withdrawal, and Stock Earmarking. These functions allow for the Stock Transaction to be ‘Immediate’ or ‘Pending’ based on customer’s requirement.
Allows a whole holding or a portion of a holding to be put on hold for a specific reason ie the stock has been pledged for collateral etc.
