Accomplished product management executive with more than a decade of experience driving the development and execution of successful product strategies. A strategic thinker with strong focus on user experience and a passion of leveraging technology to solve complex challenges. Possessing in-depth knowledge of the Capital Markets and it’s business by being a key contributor in the projects with leading customers. Blend technology skills with extensive Agile/Scrum experience, a marketing orientation, and analytical abilities to evolve product strategy.

Personal:

Personally, I love spending time with my family and given a break from work, I pack my bags and get on an adventurous trip to a new country with my family by my side. My 12 year old is less a son and more a friend to me, and most of the time I am around him. Typically, my favourite evening would be watching a cricket match (even the most boring one) with my friends and a free flow of drinks & food!

Overseeing engineering operations across India, Singapore, and Australia, Manuj has led teams in upgrading post-trade application architecture, delivered transformative projects, and facilitated the transition to modular platforms and modern architecture. He has a keen interest in driving the continuous adoption of Agile methodologies, fostering a DevOps culture, and implementing procedures and processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
Prior roles in his professional journey helped him to hone his skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership. In his personal time, Manuj enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports, and exploring new trails. Additionally, he finds relaxation in cooking and experimenting with new recipes, often hosting gatherings with friends and family to share meals and laughter.

In addition to systems development he has extensive business knowledge across many markets and with Post Trade processing.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys family life and coaches American football. He has coached at International and domestic representative level as well as with his very successful local team.
